LCM Arts Council
The Lutheran Church of Mahomet Arts Council was formed in September 2003 to share the Good News of Jesus Christ through the arts. How do we plan to fulfill our mission?
1. By expressing truth through various art forms
2. By stimulating emotions through the senses
3. By enhancing the congregation’s awareness of Christ’s presence through the arts, being inclusive of
various forms of art.
4. By offering opportunities for God’s people to share their art with both the Christian and non-
Christian communities.
Areas of involvement include dance, drama, film, music, poetry, special events, and the visual arts.
